Field Fisher Waterhouse advises major property fund on sale as firm is re-appointed to legal panel

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised RREEF UK Industrial
Property Fund on the sale of units in the Sherburn Enterprise Park
Unit Trust which included the Unit Trust’s sole asset, the Eddie
Stobart Distribution Centre in Sherburn, to the Glanmore Property
Fund for £21.25 million.
The Field Fisher Waterhouse team acting on the deal comprised

Closing this deal follows RREEF’s decision to re-appoint Field
Fisher Waterhouse to their property panel following a tender
process. The firm has worked with RREEF for seven years, and last
year advised on numerous property investment transactions including
the sale of Erith Shopping Centre for over £25 million.
