Brussels growth continues as banking and finance specialist joins Field Fisher Waterhouse

The Brussels office
of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today the appointment of
an of Counsel, Giulia Mauri. Giulia is a leading corporate associate, specialising in banking and finance.
Giulia joins from prominent Benelux law firm
NautaDutilh. She is an
Italian and Belgian qualified lawyer and has also previously worked
at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She specialises in structured finance, asset
and project finance, with a particular focus on aircraft finance. She is admitted to both
the Brussels and Turin bars.
Giulia is the latest in a long line of new
appointments for Field Fisher Waterhouse’s Brussels office which
opened in April last year. With new joiners across Corporate, Pensions,
Employment and Competition & EU Regulatory the Brussels office now has nine partners and 23
other lawyers.
For the most part Giulia will be working
closely with Brussels partner, Pierre Frühling on aviation finance
matters. She will also link with Andrew
Evans and Simon Chamberlain in the
London office’s Aviation and Aviation Finance practice which undertakes
aviation and aviation finance work for a wide range of
international banks, financial institutions and
airlines.
