Leading litigator joins Field Fisher Waterhouse

European law firm, Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP announces today
the appointment of partner Kit Jarvis,
who joins the firm’s Commercial
Litigation practice from Howrey LLP.
Kit, who was a partner at Howrey’s for two years, has
wide-ranging, high-level litigation and dispute resolution
experience - particularly in cases involving banking and finance,
fraud, insolvency and asset tracing.
This latest appointment follows on from two other lateral hires
in as many months. Hamish Sandison,
technology partner and former
Non-Executive Chairman at Bird & Bird joined in April and
Chris Wormald, formerly head of
franchising at Eversheds joined earlier this month.
Kit’s appointment will further strengthen Field Fisher Waterhouse’s
commercial litigation practice.
