Our Tax Team, led by Pierre-Philippe
Hendrickx, assists domestic and foreign clients in all aspects
of tax law, performing both advisory and transactional work, as
well as obtaining rulings from the Belgian tax authorities or
handling tax litigation, before the Belgian Courts or the European
Court of Justice.
Our tax lawyers frequently team up with our corporate/finance,
employment, technology or administrative lawyers, in order to
deliver practical and valuable advice on a variety of complex tax
issues, in relation with cross-border transactions, mergers and
acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, structuring of
investments, intangible property, VAT and employee incentive
schemes.
