data protection firm on the sale of a majority interest in the
company to a global private equity group for $830m

team of a film production company on the $50m investment by a Dutch
private equity firm

venture capital arm of a media group on the investment in the
global leader for short films

publishing house on the formation of its joint venture with a media
company for venture capital financing of young media enterprises
