Angus Ackroyd has a range of experience in contentious and
non-contentious employment matters. On
the contentious side, Angus has experience of litigation in the
Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. His
caseload has included defending claims of disability, race,
discrimination and age discrimination, constructive dismissal and
unfair dismissal.
Angus is also experienced in a range of non-contentious advisory
work, including advising on terms of contracts of employment,
zero-hour contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements,
collective and individual redundancies and TUPE.
