Michael Adam is a founding partner of the Hamburg office of
Field Fisher Waterhouse Deutschland LLP, specialising in
mergers & acquisitions, corporate and
antitrust law. His clients include domestic and international
listed companies and companies from the German Mittelstand.
Michael studied law in Germany and the Netherlands. In 1997, he
was awarded the title of a Master of Laws in European and
comparative law by the University of Maastricht. He has worked for
the European Commission as well as for international,
UK German law firms. Additionally, Michael is a member of
several supervisory and advisory boards.
Michael is a member of the German bar and advises his
clients in English and German.
