Pierre André works in the Employment Practice of the Paris office.
He specialises in counsel and litigation in
all types of employment issues, both individual and collective. He
advises French companies and groups, with a particular focus on
work related illnesses and accidents.
Pierre also lectures in training sessions
concerning workplace health and safety topics and more generally on
the full spectrum of employment issues.
He holds a Master degree in business law from
the University Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV and a DESS in business and
tax law from UPPA. Pierre was admitted to the Rennes Bar in January
2005 and to the Paris Bar in January 2007.
