Suzanne Adair advises a wide range of clients on regulated and
unregulated funds issues, as well as general financial services compliance and
regulatory issues. Suzanne specialises in the financial institutions sector and carries
out varied work for UK authorised fund manager clients including
fund range restructuring, new fund launches, and review of fund
documentation. Suzanne carries out due diligence for clients on
offshore property unit trusts and limited partnership investments.
Suzanne also supports financial services clients on a range of FSA
authorisations and FSA regulatory work (for example, in relation to
client agreements, terms of business and investment management
agreements).
Suzanne has spoken at a number of C & I Fund Management
seminars, in addition to a number of the firm’s client
seminars.
