Nick Beecham specialises in VAT, Stamp Duty Land Tax
("SDLT"), other property taxes, and
charity tax.
He has 20 years of experience in advising on major property deals
and VAT for financial sector clients. He has been
particularly active in devising and implementing structures for the
mitigation of SDLT.
He is a member of the VAT Practitioners Group and Stamp Taxes
Practitioners Group.
Nick has contributed the VAT section of Butterworths “International
Taxation of Financial Instruments and Transactions”. He contributed
the Stamp Duty Section of Butterworths “Business Tax Service” and
is author of the tax chapter in “Sales Promotion: A Legal Guide”
published by Sweet & Maxwell.
