Stéphane Bénézant is a partner in our Paris office. He has nine
years’ experience as a transactional lawyer, specialising in
mergers and acquisitions, private equity (venture capital and
buy-outs) and capital markets (IPOs, rights issues,
restructurings). He advises large international groups and funds,
listed and non-listed, in connection with the setting up, expansion
and restructuring of their operations in France and abroad.
Stéphane graduated from Université de Paris II – Assas
(Magistère de juriste d’affaires, DESS de droit des affaires et
fiscalité, DJCE) in 1996. He was admitted at the Paris Bar in
1998.
