Robert Cooke specialises in banking and secured lending,
know-how in these areas, and anti-money laundering.
Robert qualified in 1985. Before joining FFW as partner in 1997
Robert was at two other law firms. Robert has many years experience
of banking and secured lending, particularly property finance and
insolvency. He is the firm's nominated officer for anti-money
laundering.
Has contributed to publications or briefing papers on secured
lending, guarantees, contract formalities and shareholder
rights.
