France Delord is a partner in our Trade Marks and Brand Protection Group. She is
dual-qualified as an Avocat (1994) and a Solicitor
(2004). She is also a qualified
French Trade Mark Attorney.
France practised intellectual property
law (both contentious and non-contentious) for nine years in
Paris before joining Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP in 2003.
She has wide experience advising a number
of high-profile international companies in relation to
the protection and exploitation of their IP rights, with a particular emphasis on
trade marks and designs.
France is a visiting lecturer in IP law at the
University of Montpellier.
