Katrina Dick

Katrina is a partner in the technology law group and specialises in communications law and regulation, new media and information technology law.

She provides commercial advice to various clients on communications, new media and information technology issues and advises on, drafts and negotiates agreements in these fields, including telecoms and technology supply and service agreements, IT outsourcing agreements, infrastructure and content agreements and satellite communications agreements.

Katrina assists clients with strategic and commercial advice on the European and UK communications regulatory environment and policy developments.  Her practice draws on her prior experience in industry as senior corporate counsel at a communications and internet company.

Katrina regularly writes for communications industry and legal journals on communications and technology issues and communications regulation. She has written the PLC Practice Note on the Regulation of VoIP in the UK.

Katrina is listed in Chambers UK, 2007 as a leading individual in Telecommunications.
