Louis-François du Castillon advises companies, ranging from
medium-sized to public or listed entities on the implementation and
development of their activities notably in the real estate, telecommunication, financial and pharmaceutical / healthcare sectors. He is also
specialised in (international) not-for-profit entities with a particular
emphasis on pension funds.
He primarily focuses on mergers &
acquisitions and corporate law matters and regularly handles
asset and share deals, buy-outs, due diligence and corporate restructurings.
Louis-François graduated from the Université Catholique de
Louvain-La-Neuve (UCL) and holds a postgraduate in financial law
from the University of Gent (RUG). He has written and co-authored a
number of publications on corporate and finance law and is fluent
in French, English and Dutch.
