Thomas Demmel is a founding partner of the Hamburg office of
Field Fisher Waterhouse Deutschland LLP specialising in corporate,
M&A and
private equity.
In addition to his advice on corporate and corporate/funds
structuring matters, he also advises domestic and international
clients in relation to corporate finance issues. He focuses on
clients in the financial services, life sciences and medical
devices sectors.
Thomas studied law at the University of Kiel. Prior to joining
Field Fisher Waterhouse Deutschland LLP he was a corporate partner
in a German law firm. To underpin his managerial background, he
completed successfully an Executive MBA program in London.
Beside his native German, Thomas is fluent in English.
