Tim Davies is the head of our
Corporate
Practice. He concentrates on
M&A,
joint
ventures and corporate
reorganisations. Transactions include the
transfer of London Underground to Transport for London, the £1.6
billion restructuring and part sale of CDC plc (formerly the
Commonwealth Development Corporation), the £60 million disposal of
Londis and the £70 million sale of Dyno Rod plc to Centrica.
He acts for a wide range of private sector companies and for a
number of major government departments, including H.M. Treasury,
The Home Office and the Department for Education and Science.
He is the author of the 'Corporate Reorganisations' section of
"Butterworths UK Corporate Finance Handbook".
