Valérie Dubaile is a partner
in our Paris office, specialising in employment, individual and
collective dismissal, redundancies, working time
directives, health and safety at work, restructuring
and/or closing of companies, social security controls, collective
conflicts. She advises on non-contentious and contentious matters,
representing clients in the French employment tribunals. She
was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1994.
Valérie is a member of the
Association des Conseils d’Entreprises (ACE) and the Association
des Avocats d’Entreprise en Droit Social (AVOSIAL), she also
regularly intervenes on workshops at the EFE.
She speaks French and
English.
