Caroline Funck works in our Corporate
Practice in our Paris office.
Caroline advises French groups and private equity funds on corporate issues and has
developed a specific expertise in mergers
and acquisitions, MBO/LBO, capital risk and capital development
operations. She also deals with disputes relating to corporate and
commercial matters, such as shareholders’ disputes, implementation of
representations and warranties, breach of contracts.
Caroline was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2002. She
holds a DEA in business and economic law from the University Paris
I La Sorbonne (1999) and an LL.M in commercial and company
law from the London School of Economics (2001). She also holds a
University Diploma (DU) in Institutional and Constitutional EU law
from the University of Paris XII (1998).
Caroline speaks French and English.
