Jon Fife heads the firm’s Commercial and Finance Practice and has been
a partner at Field Fisher Waterhouse since 1978. He has
a wide-ranging practice advising on major corporate
transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate
reorganisations, commercial contracts, financings and projects both
in the UK and internationally. He advises banks, large corporations
and other institutions on transactions and large scale projects
across a diverse range of products and sectors. Jon also has
considerable experience in the leisure industry and in
energy and
industrial projects, in particular the gas, generation and chemical
sectors.
Jon advises banks, borrowers and users on a wide range of
banking and finance transactions, including bank restructurings and
payment systems, asset/project finance, bilateral and syndicated
lending, trade finance and property finance. Jon is recommended in
