Jean-François Germain has a contract and corporate background.
He has significant experience working on a broad range of complex
contract issues, involving areas such as technology, industry, real
estate and construction, on both contentious and
non-contentious issues. His practice also includes transactional
advisory on acquisition matters.
Jean-François is the author of numerous scientific publications
on selected topics of contract and commercial law. He is currently
a lecturer in contract law at the Facultés Universitaires
Saint-Louis in Brussels and speaks regularly at conferences.
Jean-François speaks French (Native), English and Dutch
fluently.
