Richard is a partner in the Real Estate Practice and primarily deals
with property finance matters. Richard
acts for a range of domestic and international banks on secured
lending transactions and has gained particular expertise in
connection with loan facilities within the charity and the private
healthcare sectors. Richard also acts on
general commercial property matters and has wide experience in
acting for banks and insolvency practitioners on property related
insolvency matters.
Richard has recently joined the firm from Davies Arnold Cooper
where he worked for five years alongside John Nelmes (now head of our Property Finance Practice).
