Ronit Grant is a partner in our Finance Practice. She qualified as a lawyer
in Israel in 1997 and worked for a major Israeli law firm for a
number of years before joining Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP in
2001.
Ronit advises clients on a wide range of banking
and finance transactions, including
billateral, syndicated, secured and unsecured
lending. She has particular experience in property finance, trade finance, asset
finance and structured
finance.
Ronit acts for numerous
clients, including several of the top banking and financial institutions.
