Stephen Gibbs has had a 30 year career in international commercial disputes, professional negligence claims and also the
handling of media related disputes and defamation. His
experience extended to advising upon issues of national and
international sensitivity and encompassed areas as diverse as
serious commercial fraud, identity theft and confidentiality
issues. Stephen's clients ranged from international household
names to private individuals.
This experience is now being put to good use
by Stephen as the firm's Risk and Professional Standards
Partner. As such, he acts as in-house Counsel advising upon a
wide-range of regulatory, ethical and management issues. He
continues to advise clients directly and indirectly in such
areas.
