Waterhouse Deutschland LLP. Before joining the firm, he was
international partner of one of the big four international
accounting firms.
Hans has more than 30 years experience advising on major
investments within the real estate sector, including private investments
as well as closed-end funds, both in Germany and internationally
(inbound/outbound). As well as advising on matters relating
international reorganisations of groups, purchases and sales and
IPOs.
