Peter Holt is a partner in the
Employment Practice. He is
qualified as a barrister and a solicitor and has significant
experience appearing as an advocate at Employment Tribunals,
representing both applicant and respondent parties.
Peter advises on the full range of English employment law services
including contentious Employment Tribunal, High Court and Appellate
court matters relating to unfair dismissal, whistle blowing,
unlawful discrimination and equal pay, redundancy, breach of
contract and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Additionally, he has recognised expertise in relation to the
employment issues arising from projects and commercial and
corporate matters, particularly relating to the application of
TUPE, collective employment rights as well as employment aspects of
private and public outsourcing and acquisition and disposals.
