Victoria Hobbs is a partner in our Intellectual Property Group and heads up the
franchise dispute resolution team. She
also has expertise in resolving disputes arising out of brand
licence, sponsorship and technology supply and outsourcing
agreements.
Victoria has wide experience of alternative
dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation and arbitration, both
domestically and internationally. Victoria also works closely with
clients to help them develop strategies to minimise the risk of
disputes arising. Victoria has written articles for Franchise
World, Franchise Business and Law Alert, Business
Franchise Magazine and Computers and Law and
regularly speaks at trade events.
