Christopher Jackson joined FFW in April 2005 and had previously
been a partner in another City firm.
Christopher’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions,
corporate finance and joint ventures. His principal areas of
specialisation have been in the fields of media and communications and
insurance, in particular representing corporations in both UK and
cross-border deals.
Prior to joining FFW, Christopher had spent six months on
secondment from his previous firm as acting General Counsel for MTV
Networks Europe.
Christopher has been a regular speaker over the years on
corporate finance and joint ventures. A recent example
was chairing a two day M&A Conferences for
Hawkesmere.
Christopher has been involved for many years in the Union
Internationale des Avocats (UIA) which is one of the world’s
longest standing international organisations. He was President of
that organisation’s Annual Congress when it was last held in
London.
He is also co-chair of the UK Chapter of the Anglo/Australasian
Lawyers’ Society.
