Anne Kamp is of Counsel in the Employment Group of our Brussels office.
She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in
1986. She has worked in-house as legal counsel and director
of human resources and legal affairs for DaimlerChrysler
Belgium Luxembourg.
Anne specialises in all facets of
individual and collective Belgian employment law, including:
- general employment law matters
- transfers of undertakings
- collective dismissals
- reorganisations
- individual dismissals
- employment disputes
- immigration matters
With her experience, she regularly advises
major companies in the telecoms, the
hotel and pharmaceutical sectors. She also litigates, which
includes pleadings before the different Belgian labour courts.
Anne is bilingual in Dutch and French, fluent
in English and has a working knowledge of German.
