Laurence Lumb is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Finance
Group and advises both listed and unlisted companies on a variety
of corporate transactions, including restructurings, acquisitions
and disposals and joint ventures. He has also acted for many
clients on the various stages of their financing, from raising
start up capital to private equity funding.
He advises clients in a range of industry sectors, with a
particular emphasis on those within the media, communications and technology areas,
where his clients include broadcasters, publishers and service
providers.
