Mark Lowe is a partner in FFW's Commercial Litigation &
Arbitration Group. His practice is in international arbitration;
international and UK litigation, mediation and adjudication. He
specialises in construction,
engineering and projects, international trade and
finance/transactional disputes. Mark acts for a range of
multinationals, government agencies and leading UK companies. He
has been involved in very substantial ICC, LCIA, and other arbitral
proceedings and in landmark decisions in the UK Courts. His
successes include recoveries of up to US$10 billion.
