Olivier Lantrès is a partner in our Paris office. He heads the
Life sciences and healthcare department.
Olivier Lantrès specialises in regulatory law and has particular
expertise in the field of life sciences
and healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical
devices and cosmetics). He has over ten year’s experience
advising clients in this sector on regulatory, environmental and
product liability issues. His core practice areas include clinical
trials, product advertising and liability matters.
He is a regular speaker at seminars on the pharmaceutical
industry, clinical trials and liability. Olivier is the co-author
of “Lamy Droit de la santé” (Health Care Law Book).
Olivier was awarded a prize by the French
Association of Health Care Law. He is a member of ACIP
(pharmaceutical association), Interbiotech and of an Ethics
Committee in Paris in charge of the assessment of clinical trail
protocols. Olivier, PhD, holds a DESS in Healthcare law.
He speaks French and English.
