Corinne Merla is head of the pensions team in Brussels.
She has specialised in pensions law since 1996.
Corinne advises a wide range of clients - employers large and
small, pension funds, insurance companies and pension product
providers - on day-to-day pensions matters, documentation and
rule drafting, scheme restructurings, setting up and winding up
schemes and pension funds, corporate governance, tax and litigation
issues.
Corinne has spoken at many pensions seminars and has written
pensions law articles for a wide range of publications. She is the
author of the book "le nouveau régime des pensions complémentaires
- aspects sociaus et fiscaux de la LPC" (Kluwer 2003), co-author of
the book "Pensions complémentaires et mobilité internationale"
(Kluwer 2006) and is member of the editorial committee of the
collective book "Les pensions complémentaires en pratique"
(Kluwer). Corinne is also a member of IPEBLA.
