Dee Miller advises on a wide range of issues relating to new
media and technology law. She has
experience of advising on the development and exploitation of new
media content, e-commerce issues, content distribution and supply,
software licensing and distribution, development and the provision
of online services, and copyright issues.
Dee specialises in the media &
entertainment and technology &
telecommunications sectors.
She has experience acting as in-house pre-launch counsel to a
high profile video on demand platform, as part of an 18 month
secondment. Her work on this project involved advising on
arrangements with prime contractors, procurement of all components
of the platform and business, content acquisition, ad sales, supply
and syndication, digital rights management, e-commerce and consumer
contracting, design and brand development arrangements, competition
risks and exploitation of intellectual property.
