Frank Moerchen, international partner of Field Fisher Waterhouse
LLP London, led the team of founding partners of Field Fisher
Waterhouse Deutschland LLP from their previous law firm. He is
responsible for the strategic development of Field Fisher
Waterhouse in Germany. He specialises in
M&A and
private equity transactions as well as banking and finance
matters. He has advised on numerous transactions and provides, in
addition to his legal expertise, valuable strategic and business
expertise. Frank’s clients are domestic and international
companies, with many in the financial sector.
He studied law at the universities of Heidelberg, Speyer and
Lausanne and has practised in several international law firms.
Frank is a member of the German bar and advises his
clients in German, English and French. In the Juve Handbook
2006/2007, he is repeatedly described as a “leading name in
corporate”.
