Paul McNeil's practice is varied within the field of personal injury and
product liability and professional and clinical
negligence. Many cases involve head and other serious injuries
and frequently attract damages of over £5 million.
Paul frequently lectures and writes on various aspects of
medical law.
Paul is a panel member of AMVA and member of the Law Society
Negligence Panel, APIL, the Fellow Society for Advanced Legal
Studies and the Clinical Disputes Forum Working Party on Expert
Witnesses.
He has authored “The Medical Accidents Handbook” published by
Wiley, 1998 and “International Product Liability” published by
Campbell & Campbell, 1993.
