Simon Moore has extensive experience of complex commercial
disputes, often with a significant international/cross-border
element. He acts for financial institutions and trading companies
on investigations, shareholders
disputes, warranty and accounting related claims and asset
freezing and trading orders.
Simon also deals with all aspects of contentious corporate
insolvency including voluntary arrangements, administrations,
receiverships and liquidations. He acts for creditors, debtors
and office holders on the investigation of preinsolvency
transactions, security realisations and disqualification
proceedings.
Simon is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars and
regularly contributes to various professional journals.
He is a member of R3 and the Chartered Institute
of Arbitrators.
