Rodney Nelson-Jones was described in a recent legal directory as
"one of the finest personal injury solicitors in the
country". He has specialised in personal injury
claims on behalf of victims for 30 years. His leading cases
include Bryce v Swan Hunter (asbestos liability),
Prendergast v Sam & Dee (medical negligence)
Phillips v Syndicate 992 (mesothelioma insurance) and the
successful House of Lords appeals in the cases of Mrs Fox and Mr
Matthews (mesothelioma liability). The Association of
Personal Injury Lawyers awarded him the APIL Award for Outstanding
Achievement in 2002. He was a member of the Solicitors
Steering Committee arising out of the M1 air crash and is a member
of the Richard Grand Society for leading personal injury
solicitors.
