Allan Poulter is dual-qualified as a solicitor and a Registered
Trade Mark Attorney. Prior to joining
the firm, Allan was a Director of one of the worlds leading
Branding consultancies. He has also practised as a barrister
in Hong Kong and as a Partner in one of the UK's leading firms of
Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.
Allan Poulter has wide experience in all aspects of intellectual property, both contentious and
non-contentious, with a particular emphasis on trade marks. His practice now focuses almost
exclusively on brand clearance, protection, exploitation and
enforcement, both in the UK and globally.
