law and communications regulation. His wide-ranging practice
covers all the competition law disciplines: EU and UK merger
control, abuse of dominance, JVs/co-operation agreements,
distribution and licensing agreements, cartels, state aid and
public procurement. He has particular expertise in advising on the
relationship between competition law and intellectual property
rights.

10 years, including local loop unbundling, the auction of 3G

of the UK’s five mobile network operators, other technology and
telecoms operators, owners of major national databases, UK
Government departments and other public sector bodies as well as a
wide range of organisations in many other sectors.
