Rosemary Rollason
is a partner in Field Fisher Waterhouse’s Public and Regulatory Law Group. Rosemary
acts for regulatory bodies in the fields of healthcare, social care, teaching, accountancy
and she has held the appointment of Lay Observer to a major
accountancy regulator for the last three years, monitoring the
operation of its disciplinary functions. She advises on all
aspects of regulatory functions, including on the drafting and
interpretation of legislation and on policy. Rosemary has
extensive experience in the investigation, preparation and
prosecution of cases at disciplinary tribunals and regularly acts
as an advocate. Rosemary acts as a Legal Assessor to a number
of professional disciplinary committees.
