Toby Redgrave is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and
Arbitration Group. He has particular experience of international
arbitrations, particularly reinsurance disputes, insurance and
professional negligence matters. He has recently acted for a US
insurance company in two large scale reinsurance arbitrations which
centred on issues of misrepresentation/non disclosure and fraud of
intermediaries and is currently acting on a third arbitration
raising similar issues.
Toby is a speaker at insurance seminars, including on the duties of
reinsurance brokers and the regime relating to insolvency at
Lloyd's.
