Vicky Reinhardt is an intellectual
property lawyer. She is dual qualified and advises German and
English clients on a broad range of international franchising and licensing issues, as well as
other forms of commercial distribution arrangements such as supply
and agency agreements. Vicky has advised a number of clients in
relation to the international roll-out of their franchise business
in Europe and South East Asia.

& leisure, retail and services
sectors.
