Denise Sexton is a partner in the Real Estate Practice,
specialising in investment and development property work. This
includes acquisition, disposal, development and management of
individual and portfolios of properties together with development
agreements and joint venture arrangements.
Denise acts for investment and pension funds (including RREEF
Limited and Shell Pensions Trust Limited) together with property
companies. She also acts for several office occupiers on their
relocation and general property requirements.
