Mark Sellers is a real estate partner. He
qualified in 1988, and became a partner in 1998.
Mark acts on wide variety of matters including advising private
and public sector clients on property acquisitions and disposals;
property development; securing overage payments on property
matters; and the property aspects of compulsory purchase. He also
has extensive experience of advising on issues arising from the
management and development of large property portfolios. He has led
teams of solicitors undertaking due diligence of property assets,
advised and negotiated property warranties, and advised on the
extent of property liabilities (both contingent and actual).
Mark is a regular speaker at FFW's in-house seminars and
workshops for clients as well as speaking at external
conferences.
