Oliver Sawyerr is an associate in our Hamburg office. As a
member of our Corporate Group, he handles
transactional and advisory work for public and private companies
and their directors and shareholders. He also advises German and
overseas clients on all M&A matters
such as acquisitions and disposals, joint
ventures, restructurings as well as
private equity matters.
His clients are predominantly in the renewable energy sector.
He advises his clients in German and English.
