Peter Stewart is a partner and Head of Dispute Resolution; he is
also responsible for our Travel and Tourism
Group. Peter's recent cases include a significant shareholder
dispute which is ongoing in 3 jurisdictions and involves Freezing
and Search and Seize Orders; a dispute on an acquisition where the
vendor had refused to complete and representing ABTA in its
judicial review proceedings against the CAA which led to the Court
of Appeal decision on 17 October 2006 in favour of ABTA.
Peter is author of "A Practical Guide to Package Holiday Law and
Contracts" (third edition 1993) and "Product Liability - the law
under the Consumer Protection Act 1987", co-authored with Rodney Nelson-Jones.
