Philipp Stricharz advises institutional
investors, developers and industrial enterprises on property
related matters in the Real Estate
Practice of our Hamburg office. He specialises on property litigation, landlord and tenant,
property finance and property development. Additionally, Philipp is a
court-appointed property sequestrator.
Philipp joined Field Fisher Waterhouse in 2007
from a law firm primarily specialising in insolvency receivership.
Prior to his admission to the Bar in 2004, Philipp worked as an
academic freelancer in the Munich office of an international law
firm and as a consultant on German law in the Supreme Court of
Israel’s President’s Chambers.
