Roger Sargologo specialises in commercial property, particularly
energy and telecommunications infrastructure and property related
matters for oil, gas, electricity (including wind farms), chemical,
telecommunications and Wind Farm companies. He has a
particular expertise in advising clients on compulsory purchase
powers.
Roger qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has specialised in
infrastructure work for 15 years. He advises a number of
large UK and international companies including BP, National Grid
and ESB (Eire) on major projects.
Roger regularly provides bespoke in-house talks on relevant
legal issues to a number of clients.
Roger is a member of The Pipeline Industries Guild and also a
member of the Onshore Technical Panel of The Guild. He is also a
member of The Institute of Directors and R3.
Roger is a regular contributor to various industry based
publications.
