Grégoire Toulouse works in our Competition & EU Regulatory Group in
Paris.
Grégoire advises on competition issues, distribution agreements
and compliance with European regulations. He has developed a
specific expertise in franchising
matters.
Grégoire was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2004. He
graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Rennes in 1999
and holds a Master degree in Business law from University Paris I
La Sorbonne (2001) and an LL.M in EU law from University Paris II
Panthéon-Assas (2002).
Grégoire publishes articles on a regular basis in the field of
distribution law for the general business information press as well
as the specialised legal press.
Grégoire speaks French and English.
